‘Hytech’ Hydraulic training kit is designed for educational purpose where students can easily operate the training kits to get necessary hands on experience.
Safety is of utmost importance when it comes to operation by students and we have focused on the same aspect in both models of our hydraulic training kits.
There are two models of Hydraulic training kits which are as follows:
- Hydraulic Training Kit – Basic
- Hydraulic Training Kit – Advance (Computer Controlled Electrohydraulic with PLC)
- Hydraulic Proportional Valve (Proportional DCV / Proportional PRV) Training Kit
Powerpacks are equipped with relief valve which are not supposed to be operated by students without qualified supervision. This relief valve decides the primary pressure in the hydraulic circuit. Separate relief valve is provided on the trainer kit which students can operate for experimental purpose.
Basic hydraulic training kit is equipped with conventional valves which are operated manually. Advanced electrohydraulic training kit is equipped with PLC as well as IRAI Automgen software which can directly operate the hydraulic circuits through PLC.

Valve plates are in digenously designed for CETOP 3 mountings. P, T, A and B ports are laser engraved on valve plates to make sure that students understand the different ports of a valve very clearly.
Pressure as well as Tank lines from Hydraulic powerpack are hard piped to P manifold and T manifold on the training platform. This makes sure that the necessary connections required to operate the training kit and to avoid any accident can not be changed at any time.
Both models of hydraulic training kits are two faced equipped with aluminum profiles with minimum working area as follow. Aluminum profiles are anodized. Drip tray is provided to for both kits. Holes are provided on the horizontal working surface to make sure that oil drips down to drip tray and can easily be reused.

Hydraulic training kit is provided with four castor wheels with load carrying capacity of 150 KG each and equipped with brakes. Additional mounting stands are provided which can be lowered when needed to provide additional stability to the kit by lifting castor wheels breaking their contact with ground surface.
Separate hose stand with trolley is provided with Advanced model whereas hose mounting stand is provided with Basic model.
