All our products are based on latest technology oriented learning. For example, PLC training kits are designed with actual industrial automation modules to provide hands on experience on latest industrial components.
Hytech MPS (Modular Production System) is equipped with PLC, HMI, SCADA as well as OPC UA connectivity with industry 4.0. Entire process can be designed as well as dynamically simulated in 3D software.
Hytech ‘Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIM / FMS)’ is equipped with industrial 6 axes Robot, Industrial ‘Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS)’ as well as SCADA, PLC – HMI and OPC UA connectivity.
Hytech Hydraulic and Pneumatic training kits are equipped with PLC which are computer controlled with circuit design and simulation.
Robotic training cells are designed representing latest manufacturing trends where two or more robots are working in collaboration and controlled through SCADA.
We are proud to have associated with DRDO- INDIA for the development of Laser Assisted turning machine which has successfully carried out the machining up to HRC 72 hardness. This machine was developed and manufactured with the collaboration from German laser manufacturers.
